Terms of Service
These terms describe what Joblyapply AI does, and what we ask of you when you use it.
What the service does
Joblyapply AI analyses a CV you upload against a job description you provide. It shows which of the role's requirements your CV supports with evidence, and it drafts a tailored resume and cover letter you can export as a PDF or DOCX file.
Your account
You need an account to use the service, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity on your account. Upload only a CV you are entitled to use. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Generated content
The service generates drafts from your own CV, and it checks the claims in those drafts against the details your CV actually contains. That check reduces the risk of unsupported claims, but it does not make the output guaranteed accurate. Read anything the service produces before you send it to an employer. You remain responsible for the content of your applications.
Plans and usage limits
The service has a free tier with a monthly allowance of analyses, and paid plans with larger or unlimited allowances. Allowances reset each calendar month. Paid plans are billed through Stripe, and you can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing page.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to misrepresent your experience or qualifications, to upload another person's CV without their permission, or to attempt to access data belonging to another account.
Availability and changes
The service is offered as it is, and it may change as features are added or improved. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
